I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were over the top friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location of the hotel was excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance and easy access to transportation. I especially enjoyed being close to a large mall, where I could shop and explore.

For us, it was ideal.

Robinsons place mall was located in the neighbourhood of the hotel. The service was absolutely OUTSTANDING.

We stayed here to visit remedios circle that was very close to the hotel. Casa Armas, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Pedro Gil station was about 15 minutes walk away.

The fact they overcharged me in their conversion of the room rate. I had lodged a formal complaint about this.

The hotel is centrally located in the Malate area, making it convenient for guests to explore and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The staff were friendly and responsive to all requests, ensuring a comfortable stay. Despite being a budget-friendly option, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast offered a decent selection, with the option of ordering eggs made to order.

Some aspects of the room could be improved, as the accessories appeared outdated and the cleanliness could have been better.

Location: a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants & shopping. Staff: generally very courteous,helpful & accommodating. Cleanliness: excellent. Room make-up: outstanding. Restaurant: good service & reasonable food quality from a varied selection. Wi-Fi: worked reasonably well for most of the time. Value for Money: reasonable. Accommodation: good sized rooms & bathrooms with comfortable beds. No street noise (ensure room at side of hotel on 4th floor or above).

Smokers everywhere & although restaurant has a non-smoking area it is not enclosed & the smoke & stink is all pervasive. This is not a hotel for non-smokers. Surly receptionist on asking her to check on double credit card charging. Be aware of their tendency to double charge & then leaving you to sort it out later. Being asked to pay 50% of the room rate for a 3 hour extended check-out request.

I always do whatever possible to stay in Pearl Garden Hotel when Im in Manila. I do it because there is always a kind and comfortable atmosphere in the hotel. The staf in the hotel is unique. And that goes for every group like reception, front desk, restaurant and cleaning,

What I dont like now is, that the breakfast has changed dramatically. It seems like u have decided, that u will prefer to make breakfast for asians alone. Im a european and you used to prepare breakfast for my group as well before, but it seems you have stopped that now. That could make, that I will try to find another hotel in the future, but I will surely give Pearl Garden Hotel one more chance because I do like to stay there.

Front office staff were very helpfull and welcoming. Always greet gusts with smile.

House keeping never relinquished used toiletries, I had to request to request replacement every single night.

Cannot find any fault.

I've stayed many times. The location is good if you want to explore Malate and Ermita or if you have business in the port area. Near to the mall and all amenities.
